My practice focuses on helping clients reach creative solutions to all of their challenging family law matters with the use of one of the following dispute resolution options: Collaborative Divorce Representation; Representation as settlement counsel in the negotiation of a divorce, the modification of a prior agreement, a prenuptial agreement or an agreement to stay married; Representation of one of the parties in a mediation with another mediator; Mediation of a divorce or other family law matter. Family law matters handled by the practice include, but are not limited to, the following subjects: divorce, parenting plans, child support, alimony, division of assets, college and other child-related expenses, health insurance coverage and related expenses.
