MCLC’s Annual Roundtable
The Annual Roundtable is a cornerstone event for Collaborative Professionals across disciplines to connect, learn, and grow. Held each spring, the Roundtable offers an engaging space for members and guests to explore timely topics, deepen their skills, and strengthen their collaborative practices through interactive workshops, thought-provoking keynotes, and meaningful conversation.
Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to the Collaborative Process, the Roundtable provides an opportunity to expand your toolkit, reflect on your work, and build community with others committed to resolving conflict with respect and creativity. Open to members and non-members alike, this virtual gathering is designed to spark insight and inspire collaboration.

Allied Professional Training
MCLC’s Allied Professional Training provides education for professionals who may be consulted during family transitions, such as divorce or separation. This training is designed for realtors, mortgage brokers, appraisers, accountants, tax specialists, business valuators, and attorneys with specialized expertise in areas like estate planning, trusts, special needs, or immigration.
Allied professionals often serve as neutral experts who help families navigate complex decisions during times of conflict. This training introduces the Collaborative Law model, clarifies the role of allied professionals within a Collaborative team, and shares practical tools for working effectively with clients and other team members.

MCLC Book Club
The MCLC Book Club is an informal, member-led space to connect over books that inspire conversation, reflection, and personal or professional growth. Open exclusively to MCLC members, the Book Club meets virtually to explore titles related to communication, conflict resolution, collaboration, and beyond.
Whether you’re an avid reader or just looking for thoughtful dialogue with colleagues, the Book Club offers a relaxed way for members to build community and engage with fresh perspectives. Meetings are held quarterly, and selections are chosen with input from members.
