Emily A. Weber is an attorney, Collaborative Law practitioner, and mediator licensed in Massachusetts. She received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Attorney Weber is an active member of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council (MCLC), where she serves on its Board of Directors as Vice President of Education and Training, and is also Chair of the Continuing Education Subcommittee, and Co-Chair of the Tri-River Practice Group. She has been with the Levitt Law Group located in Chelmsford, Massachusetts since 2011. Attorney Weber is committed to working closely with her clients to determine their unique needs and to assist them in choosing the best dispute resolution process to resolve their family law dispute with compassion and respect.
Attorney Weber and her colleagues at Levitt Law Group provide Collaborative Law, Mediation, and Litigation services to clients in family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, post-divorce, and paternity, as well as issues surrounding alimony and child support, parenting plans, and division of assets and liabilities.
