This scholarship honors Bette Winik, a respected lawyer, mediator, and pioneer in the Massachusetts Collaborative Law movement, known for her humanity, skill, and dedication to helping families resolve conflicts peacefully. Funded through member donations, the scholarship continues her legacy by expanding access to Collaborative Law Training.
