Linda Minkoff is a family law attorney, collaborative practitioner, and mediator, licensed in Massachusetts. Linda graduated form Northeastern University with a BA in Sociology and from Northeastern Law School. She was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1987. Attorney Minkoff is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Practitioners, Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council, Massachusetts Council of Family Mediation and the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. Attorney Minkoff has over 26 years experience in family law, including 16 years with the Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement Division, as a Senior Counsel and Chief of Special Litigation and Policy and Procedures Bureaus; from 2005 to 2009 as Associate Counsel with the firm Friend & Reinhardt, PC, in Boxborough, MA, and from 2009 – Present as the owner of Minkoff Law Offices, LLC, Concord, MA. Prior to law school she worked as a Social Worker for the Department of Mental Health in Cambridge, MA.

Attorney Minkoff is dedicated to working with clients to determine how she can best serve their legal needs in the areas of family law, estate planning or probate. She utilizes her skills and experience as a former therapist to help guide her divorcing clients gently through the complex and unsettling process of divorce, and help them determine the best means to that end through litigation, mediation or the collaborative process. Divorce is never easy but the process of divorce can be more manageable with a skilled attorney who is both knowledgeable and sensitive to her clients’ needs, goals and resources.
