Mediating prenups and postnups (and cohabitation agreements) throughout the U.S. and in Massachusetts. Consulting on prenups and postnups throughout the U.S. I also representing clients as counsel in prenups and postnups in Massachusetts. My consulting work is with clients seeking or thinking about prenups, and also with attorneys who want my help in addressing issues in prenups.

I am a lawyer, mediator and consulting, now focusing my practice on prenuptial agreements and postnuptial agreements. I have written 3 books on the topics, available on Amazon: "The Generous Prenup," "The Marriage-Friendly Prenup" and "Mediating Prenups." Most of what I do now is mediating prenups all over the country. I think it's the best way to begin the process. I use my collaborative training every day as a mediator, and create referral lists of attorneys for mediation review — always choosing collaborative lawyers.
