Diane is also certified to draft QDROs – the legal document necessary to divide employer-sponsored plans like a 401(k), profit sharing plans and 403(b)s. Diane also prepares the document necessary to divide State pensions, Federal and Military pensions.
Diane is passionate about educating her clients, so that they are informed and in control of the important financial decisions they are making. Never is this more important than in divorce. As a divorced, single mom of two adult daughters, Diane understands first hand the complex challenges that families face in today’s economic environment and works closely with the team to address those challenges and needs. Ensuring that all parties have the same level of financial knowledge is paramount to a fair and workable outcome and is at the forefront of Diane’s practice.
She believes that well-informed and cared for clients, especially in the collaborative process, are empowered to make those important decisions that are best for them and their families. This provides her clients with the peace of mind they need during this difficult time and gives them the ability to transition to a good life after divorce.
