I offer Collaborative Law assistance for separation, divorce, support, parenting time and other family law issues. I am also a trained and experienced mediator.
Counties Served
I was trained in British Columbia, Canada as a Collaborative Lawyer more than ten years ago. There, I served on the Victoria Separation Professionals Board as Chair of Training. In Massachusetts, I am a leader in the Hampshire Hamden County Collaborative Law community and am on the board of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council. I teach mediation at Western New England School of Law. Collaborative Law is my favorite process to help with family separation. I am particularly interested in trans-jurisdictional issues such as when a family wishes to relocate to a new state or country.
