AI IN UNCONTESTED DIVORCES

This roundtable discussion will focus on an article that was published in Lawyers Weekly on April 9, 2026 titled, Law school clinic rolls out AI tools to help resolve uncontested divorces. Suffolk University Law School’s Online Dispute Resolution Innovation Clinic developed a platform that intends to guide divorcing couples through the process of drafting separation agreements that purportedly “meet” Probate & Family Court filing standards.
