Chris Chen, CDFA®, CFP® will lead a discussion on the calculation of Alimony in light of the Tax Cut and Jobs Act.  What are the different ways to calculate alimony taking into consideration the loss of the deductibility by the payor?  Should we focus on recipient's need and payor's ability to pay, or look at the impact of the loss of the tax deduction or both?  This will be a round table discussion based on Chris' presentation to see what our members are thinking and seeing in the courts.
