I can help you with your Collaborative Law Divorce – asset division, debt allocation, child support, alimony, parenting plans and other issues that might be involved in helping you be prepared for your life after the divorce. Also, I represent clients with paternity agreements and post-divorce modifications. Some clients come to me before they are married and I help them plan for marriage by developing a prenuptial agreement.
