I have represented clients in family law matters for over 33 years from 1985 to the present time. I am a partner of the law firm Smith Duggan Buell & Rufo LLP, which has offices in downtown Boston near Government Center and in Lincoln, MA near Hanscom Field and Route 128. I founded and was the first president of the Massachusetts Family & Probate American Inn of Court, which is chartered by the American Inns of Court Foundation. I was on the Board of Directors for 5 years of the Frank J Murray American Inn of Court, which focuses on civil trial practice before the Federal Courts and the Massachusetts Superior Court.
