I have been involved in the general practice of law in Massachusetts, for over 20 years. Over time, my practice has become concentrated in the areas of family law, personal injury and alternative dispute resolution in Essex and Middlesex Counties. Admitted to Massachusetts Bar - 1982 Collaborative Law training - 2004 Basic Mediation Training - 2003 Divorce Mediation Training - 2003 Conciliator Training - 2006 Elder Mediation Training - 2010 I believe that a thoughtful and comprehensive agreement that has been reached after both parties have expressed their interests and heard the other's concerns, will always be more acceptable to them (and thus, more likely to succeed)and less expensive than a decision imposed upon them by a Judge. That's why I practice collaborative divorce and mediation. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss these options with you.
Professional Memberships: Massachusetts Bar Association, American Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association, Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council, International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation, Inc, North Shore Community Mediation, Inc, Salem Bar Association,
Mediation, Collaborative Divorce, Family Law Litigation. I concentrate my practice in the areas of family law (such as divorce, modification, custody, support, grand-parent's rights, contempt), personal injury and alternative dispute resolution (collaborative divorce, mediation, conciliation, parenting coordinator). Family Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Personal Injury. 300
