Since 2023, Carol has served as a licensed Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP®) and has worked closely with the New Hampshire Collaborative Law group for 5+ years. This certification allows her to provide specific mortgage solutions for clients going through divorce.
Carol is a recipient of the New Hampshire Housing Top Lender Award. In addition to her home state of New Hampshire, Carol has the ability to lend in several other states including Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Vermont, and more.
