As Collaborative Professionals, we all have a role in effectively facilitating joint meetings, yet many of us have never been trained in the art of facilitation.  Acquiring facilitation skills increases the Collaborative Team’s ability to plan and effectively participate in joint meetings, help clients navigate the decision-making process, and manage conflict in the moment. This webinar, the first in a two-part series, December 12th 2:00 to 3:30pm and January 30th 2:00 to 3:30pm, will introduce you to the concepts of facilitation and their application in the Collaborative Process.  Part Two will focus on applying theory to practice.
