Stress and The Collaborative Practitioner:  A collective look at what stresses us in this work and what we can do about it!

In a facilitated conversation we will

*identify the dimensions of stress related to our Collaborative Divorce work (our clients, other professionals, challenging situations, and others).

*consider a framework for thinking about stress in general, and the notion of resilience.

*consider some strategies for managing stress, attending well to self care, and building our baseline of resilience in order to be ambassadors and skilled practitioners of full throttle, productive, and dignified conflict engagement!

We will make a space for honest and authentic reflection about our work and ourselves. Come prepared with stories/reflections, humor and humility
