Divorce and Your Home

We will cover what it takes for a newly divorced person to qualify for a mortgage; how to handle buying out a spouse and joint debt; alimony & child support issues and how they affect purchasing and refinancing; and the best time in the divorce process to address home financing.  Donna, Bob, and Mortgage Network handle home financing for many divorcing couples. One or two case studies will also be reviewed. There will be time for Q&A, including considerations from the group as to how this information would be used in a Collaborative case.
