Facilitator, Conflict and Negotiation Coach and Trainer
I'm an attorney and mediator with over 20 years of experience in conflict resolution, mediation, negotiation, facilitation and training, in both the private and public sectors. I work with individuals and organizations to pro-actively address challenging conversations, manage conflict better, and put systems in place to ensure that everyone is able to ask for what they need to succeed.
I help individual clients position themselves professionally, recognize the value of their skills and maximize negotiation outcomes. I also help companies, organizations, teams and individuals build their skills to manage challenges positively and pro-actively so that less time is wasted focusing on interpersonal conflict, and more time can be spent productively on their business. I teach conflict and negotiation at Emerson College (since 2012), and the Society of GrownUps (since 2014) and have offered workshops in these skills - both general and focused on cultural and gender differences in negotiation and conflict - at Harvard's Chan School of Public Health, Arabella Advisors, Bryant University and elsewhere.
