David has a wealth of experience which enables him to adapt to any business situation to help clients build, defend, preserve, and transfer value in their privately owned business.

David has the education, training, and experience in the valuation field. He is credentialed with the Accreditation in Business Valuation (ABV) awarded by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He takes pride in his professional approach to each valuation engagement. Engagements are finished in a timely manner. Each engagement is a relationship and time constraints are respected. He works diligently to ensure a good client experience even in tough situations.

His ability to provide a well written, thought out, reports enable him to communicate the results to both spouses in a concise manner that is easy to understand no matter what the person's background is. David is qualified as an expert in both Superior Court and Probates Court in Massachusetts.

David has the experience in alternative dispute resolution. He is trained in collaborative law and is a member of Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council (MCLC) and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP). He has been engaged on litigation engagements as a financial neutral in a collaborative environment. He acts as the independent third party where the only agenda is to help clients come to an agreement in their disputes.

David has spent many years being the clients’ most trusted advisor, and in many cases their Chief Financial Officer. This has provided him with the proficiency of providing and consulting in cash flow analysis, expense analysis and solvency analysis.

David graduated from Bentley University with a degree in accounting. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has the Accreditation in Business Valuation issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. David is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

David lives in Medway, MA with his wife Diane and their four children, David, Brianna, Nicole and Anthony. David is an avid runner, completing the Boston Marathon 13 times and 24 marathons (and counting) overall. He also enjoys coaching high school hockey, something he has done for past 19 years.
