Topic: Fran Whyman and Marion Wasserman , Collaborative attorneys, will lead a discussion on--

When the Collaborative process in a case morphs, how far is too far?

When something happens in a Collaborative case causing a change in the process, how should the Collaborative team handle the change? What are the critical issues the team members need to explore, the questions they need to ask and answer, the available options, and the risks and potential benefits? Should the Collaborative Agreement contain language allowing flexibility in the event that circumstances require a change in the process? When is the case no longer a Collaborative case? Please join us as we wrestle with these challenging questions.
