Attorney Ellen S. Kief will discuss:

Identifying International and Immigration Issues Related to Divorce and When to Bring in the Experts

Divorce is a difficult time involving complex issues and emotions. A component in divorce and family matters is further complicated when dealing with parties from different countries and cultures. For cross-cultural case matters, it is critical to identify issues and related legal implications.

Such areas of added attention may include: immigration issues and consequences; jurisdictional issues; separation agreement clauses tailored to child custody and visitation, co- parenting, taxation issues; inheritance; wills and trusts; expatriation; foreign country laws and implications.

Come join us for a lively and interactive discussion with Attorney Ellen S. Kief as we identify issues related to immigration, international divorce matters and when to bring in the experts.

Attorney Ellen Kief practices immigration law and family law and she is a trained family law mediator.
