Topic:           The Impact of the New Tax Law on Collaborative Divorce Matters. 

Marc will facilitate a discussion a discussion on the new tax code and how we as Collaborative practitioners may help parties address these changes.  The topic will include the new tax code's impact on alimony, child dependency deductions, business income and capital gains on the sale of primary residence.  Also Marc will address how modifications  may be treated, the benefits and pitfalls of self-executing alimony provisions in divorce agreements, and the advantage of Collaborative Law over litigation.  

Marc Bello, CPA at Edelstein & Company, Boston, has served as the financial neutral in many Collaborative Law cases.
