WHY ATTEND?  You are the “first face” the client talks to.  Learn basic [and intermediary] skills and tools you need to assist in collaborative cases.  As support staff participants, we are quickly becoming an integral and valuable part of the collaborative team.  Come join us to learn valuable and cutting-edge techniques for the life of a case --- from the first phone call to the last step in resolution when a case concludes. 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?  Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Legal Secretaries, Front Desk Assistants, and anyone else interested in support staff training.
